JAS Engineering

JAS Engineering was first set up in 1977 by Arthur Stocks and a partner, which formed the initials of each director JAS. Arthur and his colleagues’ vision at the time was to become a manufacturer of fully welded and ready to use workbenches and tool trolleys. For over 40 years JAS Engineering workbenches have been purchased for most industries across throughout UK. Back in 2013 Arthur retired after running the business for 36 years. The Glover brothers Richard and Guy purchased the business from Arthur and the vision is still the same today, to be the leading manufacturer of fully welded and ready to use workbenches and tool trolleys. Some of the employees who joined Arthur in the early days are still with the business today, so the workforce have extensive experience and knowledge of all types of workbenches.
