Cancellations

All items with a short delivery time may be processed immediately after the order is placed. Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled or amended once they have been processed for dispatch.

It may be possible to amend or cancel orders for items on long lead times.

Cancellations can only be done after consultation/agreement with ALDEA GROUP UK:

Orders cancelled after the goods have been dispatched will need to be returned at the customers own expense. Please note delivery charges will not be refunded and handling charges may apply.

Returns

You have up to 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Return of unwanted items must be reported within 2 calendar weeks and agreed with us.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please be advised that some returns may incur a restocking fee – please enquire prior to purchasing.

Refunds

Once your items have been received, they will be inspected and you will be notified of this.

We will then notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit in the time frame in which your card issuer’s policies advise.

Returns Shipping

The returns cost will be at the customers own expense. (Unless goods were faulty/damaged prior to customer receiving)

If the packaging is damaged in any way a handling charge may be incurred. Returned goods must be adequately packed and sent freight prepaid. Please contact us to confirm the returns address.

Return and/or replacement of damaged or incorrect item due to supplier or dispatcher fault will be arranged at no cost to the customer.

Damaged or incorrect item must be signed as faulty with the courier and/or delivery should be rejected.

Bespoke Products

Products that are made to order can not be returned unless they are delivered damaged. In this instance please contact us within 24 working hours of delivery.
