The Burton Sotto Underfloor Safe features a unique telescopic depth.

You can adjust it between 210mm and 320mm to suit your depth of floor.

It benefits from a recommended £4,000 cash rating or £40,000 for valuables.

For access to the contents there’s a high security double bitted key lock.

This well engineered underfloor safe has a 10mm thick laser cut steel door with gas strut to assist opening and closing.

• 3-Point locking with 20mm diameter locking bolts
• Door opening assisted by gas spring
• Unique adjustable height from 210mm – 320mm to suit the depth of your floor
• Height is adjusted by tightening and loosening of 4 x 13mm nuts, two at each side of the body

Locking Information

• High security double bitted key lock with two keys supplied

Fixing Information

• The Sotto is designed to be set under floor level into concrete
• Special mix of concrete is required – instructions supplied
• Can be installed by a competent DIYer or builder
• Allow 7-10 days for concrete to dry out prior to use
