Wanted a solid rather than an elasticated support to help with lower back aches. This does the job very well and I feel very supported.
Regarding sizing,there is no wiggle room on the minimum size quoted in the chart for the two belts I tried on. So the XL is minimum 38″. There is a little room extra on the max size of up to 2″ although the support material is barely overlapping at that point. The more belt material that overlaps the better front support you will have.
If I could have a niggle, it’s a shame where the sizing lies – I hover between 37 and 39″ – really there should be some overlap between each size. I guess I’ll now just keep eating doughnuts to keep the weight on.
